Fulfillment of each data request is subject to applicable federal and state laws and regulations, and Tennessee Department of Health data release policies. Although data requests are typically fulfilled within 30 days, the time frame for our fulfillment of a data request depends on the complexity of the request and staff availability. Due to the Department's response to COVID-19, there may be delays with processing of data requests.
