This survey is the first of its kind in that it seeks to gather benchmarking data from the apartment industry to assess how technology is being addressed from an organizational perspective. But more importantly, it seeks unbiased feedback regarding the challenges and opportunities being faced by technology leaders including what platforms and processes are “working” or “not working”. It also hopes to gather your thoughts on future trends and opportunities for technology to help move the industry forward.
The data you provide will help enlighten and guide multifamily leaders, technology suppliers, and others on how the structures and systems being used by apartment companies impact the overall strategic deployment of technology and innovation within the multifamily industry.
Survey results and analysis will be made freely available to all NMHC members and will be released at the 2020 NMHC OPTECH Conference on November 16th.
