About Us: 

Research Collective, a user experience research firm based in Tempe, Arizona facilitates user experience studies on an array of products. This type of research gathers insights from users to help manufacturers design products that are intuitive, safe, and easy-to-use.

Research Study Description: 

Research Collective is partnering with an automotive manufacturer to evaluate the usability of certain smartphone apps. Our goal is to gather insights and feedback from individuals who own and regularly drive Hyundai, Kia, or Genesis vehicles. We invite you to help us accomplish this goal.

Kindly take a few minutes to complete the qualifying screener questions below. Your responses will help us determine eligibility and also allows us to schedule qualified candidates who are a representative demographic mix of drivers. Those who qualify and participate will receive $125 for their time.

Your Involvement: 

During a 45-minute, in-person session, 1 researcher would complete an interview with you.

  • What: 45-minute, in-person interviews
  • When: September 29, September 30, and October 1
  • Where: Tempe, on Broadway Rd. and the 101 Freeway (location information sent with confirmation letters)
  • Compensation: $125
