The options are as follows:
Option #1: No Games Table
Pros: Cost: $0. No maintenance fee increases (now or ongoing) to purchase and provide general upkeep. More flexible space in the Party Room.
Cons: No games table.
Option #2: Table Tennis (Ping-Pong) Table
Pros: Games table provided.
Cons: Cost of $2,000 for initial purchase (inc. tax and delivery) of table and supplies. Will require upkeep and eventual replacement, meaning future costs will be incurred. Takes up space in the Party Room.
Option #3: Foosball Table
Pros: Games table provided.
Cons: Cost of $2,500 for initial purchase (inc. tax and delivery) of table and supplies. Will require upkeep and eventual replacement, meaning future costs will be incurred. Takes up space in the Party Room.
Option #4: Billiards Table with Removable Table-Top Slats (exact match for what was in the Party Room before)
Pros: Games table provided.
Cons: Cost of $12,000 for initial purchase (inc. tax, delivery, and installation) of table and supplies. Will require the most expensive yearly upkeep (approx. $1,000 yearly for re-felting and re-calibrating) and eventual replacement, meaning future costs will be incurred. Takes up space in the Party Room.
