thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback in regards to the consideration of a By-Law change to increase Board Members from 3 to 5. We tried to pass this By-Law in 2015, but it failed to pass due to insufficient support from Owners. This time, we'd like to poll Owners to see if there may be enough support to efficiently re-attempt passing this By-Law.

The options are as follows:
Option #1: DO NOT INCREASE BOARD from 3 to 5 Directors.
Pros: Cost: $0. No maintenance fee increases.
Cons: No additional volunteers.
Option #2: INCREASE BOARD from 3 to 5 Directors.
Pros: Two additional volunteers.
Cons: Cost of $10,000 to try to pass By-Law. It is not guaranteed that Owners will vote in the By-Law, as 242 "yes" votes are required.
We would like to ask for your feedback as to whether we should re-attempt to pass this By-Law change.
