20200957 Grocery Store

Introduction

We are interested in learning more about your experiences when grocery shopping. Lux Insights and Hivemind, third-party market research companies, are leading this research initiative in partnership with a local store in your area.

If selected, you will be required to browse and shop at a grocery store in the Los Angeles area and communicate your experience to us before, during and after your in-store “shopping trip”. We will ask you to shop for some typical items you would normally buy on a grocery shopping trip and we will reimburse you for up to $50. If you are selected to participate in the research, you will be able to choose whether you would like to share your experiences via an online discussion board or live phone interview. If you are selected to participate, you will receive a $200 cash incentive as a token of our appreciation on top of the $50 reimbursement for your purchased grocery items.

When: Shopping trips will be scheduled between October 16-30, 2020 during the daytime at a time convenient for you for approximately 90 minutes.
Where: A grocery store within the Woodland Hills, Los Angeles area.
What do I need: You will need a smartphone device that can make voice and video calls, and take and upload photos/videos of yourself and your surrounding environment.
What do I need to prep: Nothing! Simply be ready to share your opinions.
Study goals: We are only interested in better understanding your needs. Nothing you say or post will be shared publicly.
