Maricopa County is no longer accepting applications for COVID Crisis Utility Assistance. Although Maricopa County allocated $6 million of federal CARES – Coronavirus Relief Funds for assistance for households economically impacted by COVID-19, the number of requests for utility assistance has far exceeded the amount of funding available.
