ARPA Indigenous Bursary Application

Bursary Overview

ARPA’s Annual Conference and Energize Workshop is coming up from October 21-23, 2020 and will look a little different this year with a fully virtual and a small, hybrid virtual/face-to-face option. This year’s theme, “Recreation and Parks: Essential to Life,” is timely as COVID-19 has highlighted the importance of recreation and parks to health, wellbeing and quality of life. Detailed information about the 2020 conference can be found at https://arpaonline.ca/events/energize-conference.

ARPA wants to assist Indigenous Recreation Professionals, who are interested in participating in this valuable learning and networking opportunity, to attend the virtual aspect of the program. This bursary does not cover the costs of the face-to-face option.

The bursary application form must be completed in full and submitted by 11:59 pm on October 15, 2020.
