Collaborative, Learning and Adapting (CLA) and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager

About this Position
This role will require development of relationships with internal staff, external subject matter experts, funders, clients, partner teams, and a network of organizational consultants. The CLA/MEL role will provide technical leadership and capacity development support to a range of actors. The CLA/MEL Manager will play a key role in the ongoing provision of direct technical assistance; developing tools and guidance; contributing to business development, thought leadership in the development sector, and to the overall culture of the team.
Data Analyst/Data Visualization Manager

About this Position
Data is a critical element in design, implementation, and adaptation across development programming. The Global Knowledge Initiative leads systems sensing, research, and analytical foresight across a number of diverse USG-funded projects through our DC-based HQ and with partners in the Caribbean, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Information gathered across these projects are vital to support evidence-based decision making, strengthen communication, and to translate complexity across diverse audiences.

Our Data Analyst/Visualization Associate will guide design and decision-making with GKI, partners, researchers, and implementers (with varying degrees of technology fluency) to effectively manage our project data throughout its lifecycle. This person must be skilled at capturing key messages in fit-for-purpose visuals, system maps, data graphics, and information products.
Program Associate

About this Position
This position provides support to a range of work across the organization: 1) Project management and technical support; 2) Coordination support for Finance and Operations (invoice generation, expense management, finance and project tracker development, organizational operations tasks); 3) Communications (coordinating GKI's social media presence). This position is managed by the Director of Collaborative Strategy.
Systems Change & Client Experience Manager

About this Position
For this position, GKI is seeking an individual who is passionate about conducting systems analyses and systems mapping approaches, developing and implementing systems change strategies, measuring the change that systems change interventions create and providing training and coaching to clients, partners, and individuals on these systems-focused approaches.

This role will require development of relationships with internal staff, external subject matter experts, funders, clients, partner teams, and a network of organizational consultants. The Systems Change role will provide technical leadership and capacity development support to a range of actors. The Systems Change & Client Experience Manager will play a key role in: providing ongoing and direct technical assistance; developing tools and guidance; contributing to business development, thought leadership in the development sector, and to the overall culture of the team.
Collaborative Design Strategist

About this Position
GKI is seeking a Design Strategist/Network Manager to lead, develop, and manage a diverse portfolio of work focused on systems change strategies across the development sector.

This position will design solutions, deliver projects and trainings, facilitate short term and long-term multi-stakeholder strategies, contribute to learning and new practice development, and grow GKI’s work and presence in new market segments through sales, proposal design and thought leadership. This role will require development of relationships with internal staff, external subject matter experts, funders, clients, partner teams, and a network of organizational consultants.
