Whether you’re interested in making behavioral changes on your team, or you’ve already started a movement and are seeing results, we’re all in this together. This commitment statement is a great way to keep accountable and encourage and inspire others to start or continue down their journey toward racial equity. We may publish these statements in our Racial Equity in Design materials and over time and we may check in to gauge how you’re progressing on your commitments.

Note: Our intent is that the answers you share here are to be published publicly and widely in artifacts and materials for the sole purpose of driving change for Racial Equity in Design.
