Project Firstline Learning Needs Assessment

Thank you for completing this brief survey. It should take about 10 minutes. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Wisconsin Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAI) Prevention Program are collaborating on infection prevention and control (IPC) training for frontline health care personnel.

IPC refers to approaches used to prevent or stop the spread of infections in health care settings. This assessment is meant to capture your experiences with IPC training, your confidence in being able to effectively implement IPC activities, and your preferences for additional training.

Responses will be used to inform decisions on the development and delivery of future training to ensure it best meets the needs of you and your coworkers. Your participation in this survey is voluntary, your responses will be anonymous, and there will be no negative effects for participating or if you decide you do not want to participate. The intended audience for this survey is frontline staff, including home health caregivers (including home and community-based services providers), nurses, certified nurse aides, environmental services staff, dietary staff, and others who provide direct care and services to patients and residents.
