Draft Wisconsin State Aging Plan FFY 2023-2025 Public Review Survey

The new Wisconsin State Aging Plan for Federal Fiscal Years 2023-2025 is drafted and now ready for public review. The Bureau of Aging and Disability Resources invites you to provide feedback on the plan by completing this survey. Your input is both valued and appreciated! All feedback received by May 25, 2022 will be considered in crafting final revisions.
