Project Overview
Fidelity is in the process of improving its customer experience and is looking for participants to provide feedback that will help influence the evolution of its trading products.

To accomplish this, they are looking for customers and non-customer traders in the Greater NYC area who would be willing to allow a small Fidelity team (3 – 4 individuals), to visit you at the place where you typically do your trading (home or office). Fidelity is interested in learning more about your trading environment, including the different applications that you use, and how you use these tools to better understand how trading products fit into your daily market monitoring, portfolio management and trading activities.

It is extremely helpful for the researchers to see your trading space, how you work within this space, and to have you explain to us why these methods work best for you.

The session will take place at your home or office (where ever you typically trade from). The session will consist of a discussion about your trading habits and workspace.  You may be asked to demonstrate the various topics of discussion using your own trading set up. The session will last 2 hours.

Format
Two-hour on-site interviews with audio + photograhic recording.

Schedule
You would need to be able to participate during market hours (9am – 4pm) on any day from November 7th – November 11th.   

Location
Anywhere in the Greater NYC area (and NJ). Interviews will be conducted on-site wherever you do your trading (at home or office).

Compensation
Participants will receive:

  • Fidelity customers: 100 free trades
  • Non-Fidelity traders: $225 cash
