We are excited to learn more about your organization or business. Please complete the form below to apply to be an exhibitor at this year’s conference.

Important Information for Applicants

If selected as an exhibitor, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

There are a very small number of Exhibitor slots available. Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis and for appropriateness for the conference. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance within 1-2 business days of submission, and will then have 5 business days to complete payment to confirm their slot. You will be sent a link to complete payment.
If payment is not received within that time, their slot will be given to another applicant. Applicants who are not chosen due to space limitations will be placed on a waiting list, and in the event a slot opens up due to a drop out, that applicant will be notified and the same 5-day payment deadline will apply to confirm your slot.

Exhibitor Logistics

Event Date: Thursday, April 9, 2026
Setup Time: All exhibitor tables must be fully set up by 8:15 AM
Breakdown Time: Breakdown may begin at 3:30 PM
Food Included: Exhibitor registration includes a continental breakfast and hot lunch

Conference organizers reserve the right to review, approve, or decline exhibitor applications to ensure alignment with the conference’s mission and topic areas.

7. South Piedmont AHEC does not endorse ineligible companies. The educational program is conducted for the benefit of the audience and South Piedmont AHEC ensure the content provided to participants during the educational program is objective and balanced with evidence-based information. The distribution of drugs and other product samples is not permitted. The final decisions to permit exhibits, the type and other specific characteristics will be made by the course director and South Piedmont AHEC. Exhibitors themselves are allowed inside the education hall, provided they do not solicit participants. Exhibitors must set-up their display materials outside of the education hall. This letter of agreement is agreement is a binding contract. South Piedmont AHEC reserves the right to cancel this agreement. All payments are non-refundable unless activity is cancelled or postponed.
