Print ads must be a hi-res pdf, jpeg, tiff, or eps, and a minimum 300dpi.

5. Newsletter Ad: Advertisements in the newsletter must be coordinated with our marketing department. Please indicate preferable date ranges for your ad. You will be contacted directly in order to finalize ad placement.

Payment through PayPal must be done through the THIN AIR Advertising web page, using the the PayPal Purchase buttons. Invoice payments are due within 30 days of receipt.

By clicking on the SUBMIT button, you agree to The Winnipeg International Writers Festival ad submission deadline of July 20, 2018 and agree to provide all necessary ad images and copy on or before that date. You also agree to pay the amount listed for your particular ad option. If paying by invoice, payment is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice; we will forward your invoice in early September, once the program has been printed.
