New City Centre Master Plan - Subscribe to Updates

Brisbane's city centre is home to 10,000 residents and 150,000 employees, and is projected to grow rapidly over the next 20 years. A vibrant city centre is fundamental to the success of Brisbane's economy and culture. To keep the city centre functioning well Council has renewed the City Centre Master Plan – the vision that sets out how Council will respond to emerging challenges in the city centre.

The community was invited to have their say on the draft master plan from 17 September-25 October 2013. Feedback received during that period was considered in the development of the final City Centre Master Plan 2014, which was endorsed by Council in March 2014.

The City Centre Master Plan 2014 identified a number of transformative/priority projects that will be investigated in coming years. Subscribe below to receive updates on City Centre Master Plan projects.
