SurveyGizmo: The Fastest Growing, Best Customer Service Giving, Company to Watch

I just want to start this post with a big “Thank You” to all of you. We wouldn’t be where we are today without your help. Whether it was your feature requests or just sending your support our way, we couldn’t have built SurveyGizmo up to what it is without you. I feel that these awards are just as much yours as they are ours.

It’s been a busy summer for us already (and it is just beginning…) As we mentioned back in May, we were named the Fastest Growing Company by the Boulder County Business Review. That was a huge honor, and that kicked off our award season.

Scott, our CEO, then flew down to Orlando to present at The Global Association for Contact Center Best Practices & Networking conference and award ceremony (wow that’s a mouthful!). This was an interesting award because we not only had to apply to be considered for the award, we then had to do a presentation at the actual conference in order to win. After an early morning prep session, Scott presented three categories – Best Contact Center (Small), Best Incentive Scheme, and Best in Contact Center Best Practices.

All that hard work payed off in the end because we were awarded:

  • Best Contact Center (Small) – Gold Medal
  • Best Incentive Scheme – Gold Medal
  • Best in Contact Center Best Practices – Bronze Medal

Then to cap off the award season, we recently attended the Colorado Companies to Watch gala and award ceremony (you may have noticed we closed the office early one Friday afternoon.) We were named to the list of 50 companies to watch in Colorado, beating out over 1,000 other companies throughout the state (and we got a pretty sweet trophy too!)

It’s a huge honor to be recognized by our home state as one of the fastest growing companies. The group of 50 companies has some impressive stats behind it too including:

  • Creating $375 million in total revenue
  • Increase of $226 million in total revenue compared to 2008
  • Creating 1,770 full-time equivalent employees
  • 535 net new jobs projected for 2010

Those are some pretty astounding numbers considering only 50 companies contribute to them!

That about wraps it up! All of the awards are extremely special to us, and I just wanted to share them with you. We know we couldn’t have received them without you.
