Tel Aviv 2017 Event Registration

This form is for registration to the 5th International Surrogacy and Fertility Conference in Tel Aviv. Pre-registration is highly suggested for this event. The conference will take place on Thursday, March 2, 2017, AND Friday, March 3, 2017, at the Beautiful Israel / Yarkon Park.

Online registration is ₪140 per person until March 1, 2017 (otherwise ₪170 at the door). Attendees will benefit from the opportunity to meet clinics, agencies and community organizations at the resource fair, in breakout sessions, and private consultations. Your advance registration and payment will allow us to send you updates on the event's agenda, details about sign-up for optional consultations, etc. It will also speed up your sign-in on the day of the event.
