Tel Aviv 2017 Event Registration

This form is for registration for the special program for current and future surrogates at the 5th International Surrogacy and Fertility Conference in Tel Aviv. The conference will take place on Thursday, March 2, 2017, AND Friday, March 3, 2017, at the Beautiful Israel / Yarkon Park.

Surrogates may pre-register for one or both days of the conference. The cost for one day is ₪30 per person or the cost for both days is ₪50 per person.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be prompted to pay after you register. If you do not pay in advance, we may NOT be able to hold a space for you at this event.
