Quarantine for 14 days. Do not share common household items such as drinking glasses, bedding, and eating utensils. Also stay in a separate bedroom and use a separate bathroom from the rest of the members in your home.

Start the testing process by completing the online assessment at testiowa.com.
At the end of the assessment, you will be asked if you would like a test or not. After saying you want one, scroll down and select “Additional Scheduling Options”. Then select Lakes Regional Healthcare's listing.
You’ll see Dickinson County Public Health; select that option. You will receive an email with a unique ID and QR code. Print those out, or take a screenshot of them.
Bring your unique ID, QR code, and personal identification (such as a driver’s license) and drive through the Test Iowa clinic, located in just inside Door D at Lakes Regional Healthcare. This door is locates on the north side of where Lakes Family Practice used to be located, along 23rd street in Spirit Lake. Patients are asked to park in the parking spots just outside the door, get out of their cars, and stand in line (while wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing) to be tested just inside the hospital. Only one person will be allowed in the building at a time unless it is a family being tested. It is open Monday from 7a-5p, Tuesday-Thursday 7a-9a and 3p-5p and Friday 7a-9a. You will receive results in 48-72 hours.
