NYC DOE Parent Language Access Questionnaire

Parents have the right to receive information or communicate with a staff member at their school or Department of Education (DOE) office in their language. Please take a few minutes to complete a Parent Questionnaire to help us improve language services. The questionnaire is anonymous.
